Week 3
Heart Strong

Cardio Health and Circulation
Cardio health doesn’t require long workouts, intense training, or hours on a treadmill.
It starts with getting your heart and blood moving, regularly.
Cardiovascular health and circulation improve when you move in ways that gently raise your heart rate. Walking, biking, swimming, dancing, or even doing chores with intention all support better blood flow and heart function.
Better circulation means more oxygen and nutrients delivered throughout your body. That supports energy, brain health, endurance, and overall vitality—day to day, not just during exercise.
The goal isn’t to exhaust yourself. It’s to be consistent. Short bouts of movement throughout the day matter just as much as longer sessions. Ten minutes here, five minutes there—it all adds up.
Start where you are. Choose movements you enjoy and keep it simple. When your heart is supported, everything else benefits too.
